It can be daunting trying to figure out how to apply for positions in Operations Management, Project Management, People Leadership, Human Resources, and Program Management when your resume is geared toward military roles and full of verbiage that is unique to that sector. I can take that stress off your hands and deliver you a resume that commands the respect you deserve (and have earned!). I have a real passion for helping professionals identify their transferrable skills and translating them into civilian speak.

Growing up in a military family with a stepdad in the US Air Force (now a retired vet), I am very familiar with military jargon and have built a strong knowledge base in military operations. I have experience translating not only military skills and experience, but also ranks and titles, to civilian-friendly language that HR managers and recruiters can more easily understand. This ensures that you're seen for what you are: a highly capable, experienced expert in your field, and not run the risk of being pigeonholed into military-only roles.

Once you checkout, you'll be redirected to my New Client Questionnaire, where you'll be able to upload existing resumes, performance evaluations, and any other supporting documents to help me understand your history. From there, you'll answer a few questions to help me understand your goals for this resume and what sets you apart from others in the work that you do. Once I have received this, I'll reach out and let you know if I think I may need more information or if I have enough to get started on your military to civilian resume. That's it! Super easy.
